There's something seriously wrong with my powers. And not that they're missing, exactly. It's just that they're...really not right. Which is actually freaking me out more than if I'd just traded with Billy or turned human for the day or something. So...yeah. I can't grow wings or armor or turn green or anything, I can just become other people. But in a weird way, not in the normal way.

[ooc: So...my power was out as of an hour ago. I'm hanging around campus and about to go check if it's back and if not I may not be able to reply until tomorrow :(]

Is it more like...you just change into what you want to look like and once you manage to do it, you don't have to concentrate to stay in that shape.

I think so. [ Well. She just quickly changed and then turned back into herself when she found it wasn't as usual. She hates the reminder that she isn't human. ]

What does that mean?

I think we switched our powers. So you got some alien shape-shifting courtesy of the Skrull side of my family and I got your Change thing.

Yes, really. I'm...my real parents were actually from two different alien species but I didn't know about that most of the time growing up on earth.

It seems my abilities stem from being part-demon. My father, probably. I did not know about it, either.

No, I'm pretty sure it's a curse I'm just a little confused about what kind. Unless it's like some kind of really weird skull disease or something.

No, it's not like that...it's like they work differently. I kind of turned into you this morning. And I know that doesn't sound like anything I haven't done before, but it's like I somehow was you, or more like in your head,I didn't just look like you.

I could see your memories. It was so weird. I changed back really quick.

Yes. I am fully aware that it was in fact pretty creepy. I really don't want to try changing anymore except I still can't figure out exactly what's happening.

Which is good but I still really didn't mean to pry or anything. It was just for a few seconds anyway.

I don't think so, but...I've never really talked to anybody who was actually Kree. Well, not counting almost being kidnapped to their home planet. I've never heard of anything like that, though.

Normally I just think of what I look that way and changing seems pretty natural, and even though I look different I don't feel different. I mean, besides physically. But this time it's like is actually was a different person.

Not really, more like I was in his head.

I was in someone else's body once during a curse here, but I still felt just like myself even if the body was very strange.

For some reason it seems more weird than it would be to, I don't know, wake up with your super speed or something.

Although, that would be more like being normal. Which would be weird.
