How is it that you sleep in my bed and need a refresher course on banter?

Unless it's because you're resting on me to take care of your banter problems for you.

Tell me the truth, Teddy. Am I crippling your true banter potential?

Okay, so the real truth is that I've been re-playing Monkey Island lately so I keep shouting things about feather dusters out of context accidentally.

Clearly we need to fix this, but as I'm not stopping the banter or the constant being-around-ness, this is going to be a long and arduous process.

Also I approve of 'punch the harpy before he finishes riddling' Teddy Altman.

Why banter when you have pure, unrestrained muscle? I only banter because it distracts them until I can figure out a spell that might actually work.

Is this something I can help with or is it more of an arcane mystical thing? And by arcane mystical thing, I mean a you going 'iwantthebarriersbackup iwantthebarriersbackup' kind of thing.

D'you really need t' banter with them if they're just gonna try and tear holes in you? Punching them's probably the right answer, really. You could try asking them your own riddle overtop of theirs and make the answer punching them, if you wanted to banter, I suppose.

That seems like a lot of effort, but not a bad idea. And the banter is just kind of a traditional superhero thing to do, right?

You're a superhero?! That's brilliant, I know at least two, now!

Who else do you know? Because chances are fairly good I live with them or at least know them.

That's brilliant! His name's Nathan, the one I know, though I cannae remember what his superhero name is...I think he just came up with it on the spot anyway, so I'm no sure you'd know him by it anyway.

If he just made one up, are you sure he's really a superhero? I don't know anyone named Nathan, but I guess he could be. I'm Teddy, and I also go by Hulkling.

Nice t' meet you: I'm Campbell. I've no heard of you, but I hadnae heard a' Nathan either. He's immortal, so he's superpowered at least. He could be a villain for all I know, but I don't think so. Are you like the Hulk, then?

Well, I'm pretty strong and often green but my power is actually shapeshifting. Also I'm usually not that angry. The name was definitely a homage though, because the Avengers are totally awesome.

Totally. I mean, I'd rather avoid fighting if I have to but if we're going to fight anyway I'm not really in the mood to think about what goes into the water red and comes out black.
