lookjustlikeThings have been relatively quiet lately. 'Relatively' is clearly the key word here, but still, it's been nice. Of course, I wasn't hit with any of the memory loss that's been going around, so I consider myself lucky. I don't really mind things like having to talk in haiku's as long as my mind and actions aren't affected. Well, I guess talking is an action, but you know what I mean.
Tomorrow I'll have been in the City for five months. It's not a very long time here compared to some, but it's five months without school, five months without Eli, Kate, Vision and Cassie, five months without fighting a single supervillain--although there probably are some in the City and it's not like I've lacked fights. It's also five months without really having to hide anything from people. Which is me leading up to mentioning I'm an alien. It's not really an important thing about me, because I grew up on Earth, but if you've seen me around, well, knowing that might help explain some stuff. Like the turning green and armored and growing wings. Stuff like that.
