Uh...she's calling Billy "Dada" and I think said that Nico was her mom? But this is based on Billy's powers of decoding baby talk, so who knows. Definitely a shapeshifter, too. So, basically, the whole thing is really weird.

I think maybe I am her dad too? So…I'm going to go with magic as an explanation. Strange complicated magical accidents piled on top of other weird alternate dimension mystical stuff.
